The frame for this card is actually the negative space from a cut file purchased from Silhouette America's online store. The frame was cut using florescent green and hot pink card stock. The image and sentiment are from Gina K. Design's Purr-fectly Delightful set. The butterfly is a Cheery Lynn die and I cut 3 images...2 in florescent green and 1 in hot pink and stacked them on top of each other and added hot pink bling. The kitten was colored using Lycra Skin Tone colored pencils. The frame was layered on white card stock and florescent green bling was added on the edges.
