Chicky Chicky Meow Meow

It's time for another Team B release at 613 AVENUE CREATE. As you know, this is always an anything goes challenge, but we always give you an optional challenge too! This week we are challenging you to Create Your Own Challenge using the list on the blog. Our sponsors this week are Aurora Wings and Lacy Sunshine.

 

I am using the sweet image Chick and Kitten from Aurora Wings. Isn't this image adorable? I printed the outline image on white card stock and colored it using Copic markers (kitten - CO, C2, C5, C9; chick - Y11, Y19, YR24). I mounted the image on basic gray card stock and mounted that on this beautiful heart cut file from Silhouette Online. I cut the heart frame at 5 1/2" and mounted it on white glitter card stock. I didn't end up liking the way it looked in a square of glitter paper, so I cut around the hearts free hand and then mounted everything on a basic gray card base. I added smokey gray bling around the hearts for a little extra pizazz!
