Vintage Camera

This card was made for one of the challenges over at The Outlawz. What better to use a Doodle Pantry design to make that card.

I used a PRE-COLORED image from the Vintage Camera set that was released this month at Doodle Pantry. The image, designer paper and sentiment are all from this set. I brought the image into my Silhouette Cameo and did a print and cut on cream card stock. I also cut a ring of brown card stock from my stash to lay on top and a ring of maroon card stock, also from my stash, to layer underneath to give it the "effect" of a camera lens. I printed two different designer papers and cut them into 2.5" squares and glued them to the cream card stock base. I used thin foam adhesive to pop the focal image up off the page just a little bit. I used early espresso ink from Stampin' Up! to distress the image and the rings as well as the cream base. I printed the sentiment and then used a circle punch along with 2 other sizes for the brown and maroon circles. I stacked them on top of each other in an offset manner and used slightly thicker foam adhesive to pop them above the focal image. I duplicated it in the opposite corner and then added a button and maroon twine for the center. To finish off, I used brown candy dots from Stampin' Up! Here's what you get with the set:
